The presence of Algae/Fungus is usually indicated by the slimy/Gletaneous/Greenish, material deposited on the sides of the Pipe Lines/ Pumps Cooling tower Fins, Nozzles, Tanks, open ponds and other equipments. In Water storage tanks it is accumulated as a green soft Bush Structure and causes unpleasant/Stinking smell.
Algae/Fungus and other Bio-organisms are the natural evils of the water reservoirs. Water required for cooling purpose in Industries is circulated in condensers and cooling system. As the demand of Water to be used in cooling the heat Exchangers/Condensers and other Equipments is so high that practically it is not possible to throw away all the Water every time. Hence it has to be stored in Big Ponds and reservoirs for re-circulation.
Being open ponds and Reservoirs, the Water is exposed to the atmospheric infections Causing formation of Algae /Fungus and other Bio-organism thus bringing down the efficiency of Condensers/ Heat Exchanges and cooling Towers.
IB-9/520 is a Broad Spectrum / Anti-Microbial / Anti-Biotic product designed for use in industrial Re-Circulating cooling Water System.

IB-9/520 is not Suitable for use in Potable Water Supplies, (Being Poisonous)
IB-9/520 can be used in conjunction with corrosion/ Scale Inhibitors IB-6, IB-7 etc.
For initial use in water system where Algae/Fungus & Foul Smell already exists a Shocking dose of 50-75 ppm of IB-9/520 is required. For Regular Dose to prevent further the growth of Algae/Fungus and other Bio-Organisms 20-25 ppm is quite sufficient. IB-9/520 is normally dosed directly from the carboy to the Cooling Tower sump or to the inlet of the Condensers/ Heat Exchangers.

IB-9/520 is supplied in 60 kg, 40 kg & 20 kg HDPE Carboys.
Contact with Eyes/ Skin and Clothings should be strictly avoided. If accidentally been Swallowed seek medical Advice immediately.
In case of Spilage, Drench with Water or soak up with sand. Normal Sewage Works will adequately process contaminated effulent.
